Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (except for defective items)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Sleepwear (unless defective)
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Submit a Return Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return/exchange. You may use our template below.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
- Ship Your Return: Mail your package to our returns center at: Croft & Barrow Returns

- Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your request within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information
Once your return is processed:
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
- Original Shipping Fees: These are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Exchange Processing: We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received, with no additional shipping charge (unless upgrading to faster shipping)
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency exchange rates
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect and your order number
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
